Site Redirect

  It’s been almost a week and my site has yet to redirect. According to the Domain Helper (http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/) everything seems to be working fine.

  If I could get an estimated time for this to work that would be really helpful.

  Hi there!

  Are you trying to use your domain “khareesi.com” as a custom domain for your WordPress.com site? If so, you would need the domain mapping upgrade instead of the site redirect. They are the same price, so let me know if that’s what you want to do and I can make the switch for you.

  Ah! I thought they were either the same thing or I had done the domain mapping…

  But yes! That is what I’m trying to do, would it be possible to make the switch please?

  I made the switch for you and your domain is working with your WordPress.com site now.

  If you want to enable auto-renew for this upgrade, you can set that up by going to Store -> My Upgrades and click the “enable auto-renew” button. That way you won’t have to worry about renewing it manually next year!
