I need to cancel my site redirect. We currently have our site: lakemontpool.wordpress.com pointing to lakemontpool.com. We would like to cancel this so that people can access lakemontpool.wordpress.com

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

I just cancelled and refunded your site redirect, so you’re all set with that. Visitors can now access your site at lakemontpool.wordpress.com without any issues.

Please let me know if I can do anything more to help. :)

    Thank you!
When should I expect access to lakemontpool.wordpress.com (it is still taking me right to lakemontpool.com, so I am assuming it might take a little while to reflect the change)?

It can take up to 72 hours for changes like this to take effect everywhere, especially on a computer where you accessed the site before the change was made.

That’s because the redirection is saved in your computer’s DNS cache. If you’d like, you can try flushing your computer’s DNS cache. However, that can be a bit more than some people want to deal with — if you don’t do that, you can just wait and your computer will update itself. :)

Wonderful! Thanks for letting me know. I checked on another computer, and everything worked as it should. I will wait the 72 hours for my computer to catch up. Have a great weekend and thanks again for you help.
