Site redirect

    I just paid for site redirect and as I have read my stats and likes will be redirected to my new site but it it seems its not registering? Could you please assist? thanks

    Hi there. The Site Redirect does not move your likes and stats, it merely redirects any visitors who might still land on your old URL via a link elsewhere to the new URL. Nowhere on the Site Redirect page does it say it will transfer your stats: https://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/

    To move your stats to your self-hosted site you’ll need to install the Jetpack plugin to that site. http://jetpack.me/

    Once you have Jetpack installed and connected to your WordPress.com account, let us know here and staff can transfer the stats for you.
