Site Redirect applied to wrong originating domain

Hi. Yesterday, I bought a site redirect upgrade but instead of pixelvoyages.wordpress.com I applied it to pixelvoyages.com.
What I actually wanted to do was to redirect https://pixelvoyages.wordpress.com to https://pixelvoyages.com.
Instead, I redirected https://pixelvoyages.com to http://pixelvoyages.com.
Not quite sure how I managed that. Thought I was being careful while doing it. :)
Is it possible to modify this at the backend, without my having to claim a refund and do the transaction again?
If that’s not possible, could you cancel the redirect and give me a credit that can apply to a new site redirect. I will save on credit card cross currency fees.

Hey there,
You’ll need a moderator to help you with this particular issue, but based on my experience it shouldn’t be a problem for them to fix. This thread has already been tagged for moderator attention so someone should be with you shortly.

This was set up correctly. The primary domain was still set as your .wordpress.com site address which was preventing the redirect.
Now, when you go to pixelvoyages.wordpress.com it will automatically redirect to pixelvoyages.com.
