Site Redirect, can't see the option

Seams so easy, but I just can’t see the Redirect option under any of the 2 domains already present in the liste (example.wordpress.com and blog.OldDomain.com). I got admin privilege, but I’m not the one who put OldDomain.com in the first place.
I need to redirect blog.OldDomain.com to newdomain.com/blog, which is hosting a new instance of WordPress. How do I do that?

The site redirect upgrade can only be used to redirect WordPress.com sites to a selected domain.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different versions of WordPress, with different support forums. See the WordPress.com and WordPress.org support page.

The website where I needed to put the redirect was host by wordpress.com, the new one is a wordpress on another server, but this can’t do the redirect.
Anyway, I wasn’t able to make the wordpress.com redirect works, as I just can’t find it. I ended up switching the blog.olddomain.com DNS to another server and manually setup the redirections.
