  I purchased site redirect service for http://www.healthecommunications.wordpress.com on 5/30/13 Receipt #3641866. I can’t find in the “store” where to set and initiate redirect??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You just need to click on the Site Redirect’s [Buy Now] button at https://healthecommunications.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php
