Site Redirect Not Active After I Paid For It?

    I purchased the “Site Redirect” for $12/year five days ago, even received this email response below saying you took my money, but the redirect IS NOT working. I followed the directions correctly, and now it’s not even appearing in my “Domain” section.
    Please advise ASAP I now have 2 site identical, DUPLICATE CONTENT>>>>not good for SEO/search engines!!!!
    It’s supposed to be redirecting all links (homepage and blog links) to http://artistrybysandy.com/

    It looks like you actually canceled and refunded your upgrade. You’ll need to re-purchase it, and if it doesn’t work this time, please let us know!

    When you say “Looks like” do you mean that is what happened? I never refunded anything…but if you can confirm 100% we have been refunded, I’ll try it again. I Never received an email with that regard, just that we paid. Please confirm ASAP!

    Sorry, yes that is exactly what happened. The upgrade was canceled and refunded.
