Site redirect not working

  I purchased a redirect, which had been working but is no longer working. It shows up in my billing activity, but the redirect page is asking me to pay to redirect the site. Any suggestions?

  Wanted to add some details for clarification. I am redirecting my old WordPress site to a new site. I’ve had this set up, paid for, and everything had been functioning fine. The redirect was paid for in Oct 2018, and it shows up in my billing activity. But when I go to the redirect page, it’s as if nothing had been set up. There is no redirect site listed and the only option is to pay for a redirect. I’m not sure where to begin since it doesn’t seem to acknowledge that I’ve paid for it.

  I’ve checked your account and I can see the site redirect for bethorigami.wordpress.com was renewed back in October 2018. However, it appears to have dropped off your account — we’re sorry about that.

  If you confirm the URL you would like to redirect to, I can add that upgrade back from our side (there won’t be any extra cost) :)

  Hi, I have the same problem with my site (this seems to be a current bug, I know of two other bloggers who experience the same issue).
  I have a site redirect that just got renewed on January 24th (and payed for) and it stopped working. The site from which I redirect is: https://feedmeupbeforeyougogo.wordpress.com/

  paid redirect till midst of march and it’s no longer working. Should still be redirecting to https://www.zuckerzimtundliebe.de
