site redirect not working

    My site redirect not working. I know nothing about building websites, but use open cart and created an url for my blog and it is not connecting to my wordpress blog. HELP. I want to talk to a real person. Your support features are HELL to work with when you want to speak with a person

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello there. It appears as if you purchased the wrong upgrade for your intended purpose.

    You don’t need Site Mapping.

    If your intent is to manage your site here on your WordPress.com dashboard, but have your site appear online with the Custom Domain Name you purchased, you’ll need Site Mapping.

    You can do this by going to your Store in your Dashboard, click Add a Domain, and then follow the Domain Mapping instructions that appear.
