Site Redirect URL invalid

Hi, we’re interested in the Site Redirect purchase but once we enter the URL of our new blog (http://www.frotcom.com/company/blog) we get a message saying the URL is invalid. Can you assist?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I´m having a similar problem, in fact I´ve paid the site redirect service to redirect evaamenedo.wordpress.com to evaamenedo.esblog and it only works exclusively if somebody clicks in evaamenedo.wordpress.com, but, redirection doesn´t work when somebody makes click in any concrete post of this site. This is the mistake message that appears: Not Found
“The requested URL /blog/2014/01/25/el-periodo-de-prueba-fundamentos-y-dudas-frecuentes/ was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
All the posts from evaamenedo.wordpress.com have been exported and, later on, imported in evaamenedo.esblog, so, I can´t understand why this failure is happening.

frotcom– the problem is your blog doesn’t exist at http://www.frotcom.com/company/blog, so you can’t redirect your URL there yet.
Do you have a new blog on your company site that you want your visitors to see instead of your current blog, or are you trying to integrate your existing blog into your website?
Either option is possible but the process required for each is different.

Could you paste an example URL that isn’t working here in the forum? I wasn’t able to find any broken links.

Here you have an example. I moved my posts using the export-import option enabled in wp.org. My previous blog url its evaamenedo.wordpress.com and the new one’s evaamenedo.esblog.
I also send you a second link to show you the url that the previous link shoul be redirected to when you click.

Thanks for the example.
The problem is your new site is formatting your links differently than your old site did, so the redirect isn’t working as well as it should.
If you go to Settings>Pemalinks on your new site, you’ll be able to make your new pemalinks match the old ones and you should be all set.
