site redirects to adult and amazon phone competition

Hi there, visitors to my site are receiving a redirect to a site enginemultiplybar-2.live site telling them they’ve won an iphone, others are receiving an alert from McAfee saying be careful this is a sex website. I’ve contacted Blue host, they’ve run a scan and say the site is fine. I’ve updated/deleted all plugins, checked my site health and updated everything, everyone’s cleared caches and it’s still happening. Can anyone help please? I have limited technical experience however I’m willing to learn! Thank you. My site is whitewoodandlinen.com
