Site Removal Request

  Hello, I made a site years ago as a tribute to a friend and have since lost the login credentials. The family has recently requested that because the site has not been used in many years that it be removed and/or made private. Is there any way that I can find the login credentials or request that it be taken down?

  Hello,

  Have you tried using the “lost password” option on the login screen to WordPress.com? Here is an article that explains that:
  https://wordpress.com/support/passwords/#lost-password

  Also, what is the website URL of the blog you are wanting taken down? It would be a good idea to confirm that the site is a WordPress.com site so that we can tag this for staff help.

  Thank you for this, I have tried the lost password but the email address I used is different than my current one and I don’t remember what it was so I have no way of accessing the account.
