  I thought my sight was on auto-renew! Now it is unavailable- I would like to renew / recover the existing site I had for multiple years.

  By default, a subscription is set to automatically renew to ensure there’s no disruption in your services, loss of features, or loss of your custom domain name.

  What is the URL of the site you’re referring to?

  The stevemolohon101217 account you used to post here has not been accessed since it was created two years ago, and has never owned any sites, nor bought any upgrades from us.

  stevemolohon.com is the URL. It redirects me to the dormant account you have listed there- but I should have a payment history up to May 21, 2020 and my account was not dormant
