  Hi I got an email saying my site was expiring January 18th. I went to renew it, but I can’t find it under my purchases anymore. Can someone please help me recover it, and pay for it? Thank you!

  You had the same problem about 10 months ago. If you are talking about chronicallystylish.com, that site is hosted by Bluehost, https://digital.com/best-web-hosting/who-is/#search=chronicallystylish.com
  Or are you talking about another site?

  Hi yes I’m talking about that chronicallystylish.com. I’m trying to renew the domain. I can’t get a hold of my site’s domain registrar, which is Wild West Domains. Can you help me renew my domain?

  It looks like the chronicallystylish.com domain is registered under a different WordPress.com account, which is why you’re not seeing it under My Account → Purchases → Active Upgrades.

  In a private/incognito browser window, please login to the correct WordPress.com account to renew your domain. If you’re not sure what the associated email address is, please complete the account recovery form.
