Site renewed by not active

  Good morning,
  Renewed my domain on July 20. Receipt ID: 48083060. The confirmation I received said it should take a few days for my website to restore – but it’s still out. Message I get is: saragendlek.com’s server IP address could not be found.
  DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
  What can I do to restore my website?

  It looks like we were waiting on you to respond saying that you purchased the domain in the original thread you created:

  However, the domain is no longer in redemption and we can no longer restore it from our end. The good thing is that you can register it again.

  To purchase your domain, go to your Domains page by selecting My Sites → Manage → Domains and clicking the Add Domain button at the top right.

  Since you already paid for the domain, I will add a credit to your account so that you can use it without paying again.

  Ok, I paid the $13. Thank you for the credit.

  I have an active site now, but it’s the old one. I made a website using Weebly (years ago) and would like to use saragendlek.com there. I even paid for their upgrade. Maybe it’s just going to take time to redirect, but if not do I need to change the A-Record to point to saragendlek.com?

  I want to continue managing and renewing my domain name here, but use the newer site created on Weebly, do I need an IP address from you to do this? I’m lost.

  You will need to change the domain to point to Weebly.

  You may be able to do this either by transferring it to Weebly: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

  Directing the name servers to Weebly: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/change-name-servers/

  Directing the A record to Weebly: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/setting-custom-a-records/

  You’ll need to consult Weebly’s documentation for the specific options they require.

  Ok, it seems best to just transfer my domain to Weebly.

  To do that, I need to get my domain’s EPP code from the current registrar and enter it to authorize the transfer process.

  Before that, I need to get to my Dashboard, get into my Domain, edit my DNS, etc. – but WordPress is not allowing me to see my Dashboard. There is a blank rectangle over the center of my options. There is literally no way for me to see the Dashboard tab and continue.

  How do I get to my Dashboard?

  Hi there,

  First of all the Site Redirect upgrade is not needed therefore I have removed it and issued a refund.

  Now, to point your domain to Weebly you need to go to https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/saragendlek.com/name-servers/ and enter Weebly’s name servers.

  Please note that it’s not possible to transfer your domain at this time. When a domain is newly registered or renewed it gets a 60-day transfer lock. This 60-day lock is required by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and cannot be waived.
