Well, I wanted to sign up my WordPress as ‘jonahraeh.wordpress.com’. However, it says I cannot because that site is reserved, yet when you type that into a web browser, it says that page does not exist.
I just want to know if there is anyway to get that domain.

https://jonahraeh.wordpress.com doesn’t exist
The address jonahraeh.wordpress.com cannot be registered. Sorry, that site is reserved! But you can sign up and choose another one. When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account.
In this case, that matching username account is https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/jonahraeh
If you own the username account then you can log out, clear your browser cache and cookies
https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies
Then log in as Admin under the correct matching username account and register the blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/If you do not own that account, or if you did an then changed it, then you can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
