    Brand new user & account. Please erase all settings/pics/changes that I have made. It is to the point now that when I try to change the layout design, it no longer looks like what the preview sample is. Thank you!

    Hi there,

    I can empty your site and set it up with demo content like the theme demo again. That will erase any content you have added to the site since starting. Please confirm if you want to do that.

    Otherwise, you can delete the posts and pages currently on your site at My Site ->Posts and My Site ->Pages by clicking the delete link on each post and page there. With the amount of content you have on your site deleting it manually will be faster than running our deleting tool on it, which I can only do after you confirm the URL of the site you want emptied.
