  Reset everything on my sites as i’m new to word press so have changed things and dont know how to change them back

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  all your content if you haven’t deleted anything should still be there, as for your theme you can change that at any time.

  so go to the sidebar and click on themes and you can go from there
