Site Restoration after expired Plan

    Hallo WP Team. Our Plan expired and we did not notice untill a week after. today we have renewed our Business Plan but all our plugins and our backups are gone. I can not restrore the site .

    I tried all your steps that you give in the https://wordpress.com/support/restore-your-site-after-the-plan-expires/ page. but i come to the jetpack conection has Failed part every single time, evan after waiting periods of time.

    How can ir estore my site ? Here it says that WOrdpress stores the information 30 days, so I hope that we can work this out quickly.
