Site says it is not Visible on Dashboard

Hello!
I set up a WordPress site for a client and they did not renew the domain name, so the site went down. They just repurchased the domain, so I would like to relink this old site back to the domain.
I was able to log back into the admin WordPress account, but now the dashboard is saying the site is not visible. On the “My Blogs” page however, the site is visible. None of the links work, so I’m wondering if there is something wrong with Jetpack? Let me know if I can provide any additional information that would help troubleshoot. Thank you!
