Site says ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’

  Suddenly my site is just showing ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’. I tried changing the appearance but wp-admin page shows the same message. I also tried to change the theme but that didn’t solve the issue.

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

  It’s fixed now, it has something to do with the hosting plugin that was not working well with wordpress. thanks!
