Site says unavailable, reach out to host

  Hello,

  My name is Krissy. Has anyone else experienced this before? My site says unavailable and to reach out to my host. I reached out to GoDaddy.com and they said all looks good on their end and to reach out to my host. I don’t know where else to go because it looks as though this is the only place we can actually get any help or assistance.

  Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi @krissykrissydcosmeticscom, can you send a link to your site? Usually that type of error is in fact at the hosting company or with your domain. We can double-check and point you in the right direction.

  We can’t help directly because we don’t host krissydcosmetics.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.

  Instead your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. I have to say I’m confused by GoDaddy’s response (“they said all looks good on their end”), though, because I can’t see your site if I visit it.

  To clarify, because your domain and site are hosted elsewhere, we can’t take a look, but I do recommend contacting your host so they can take a closer look. It does seem that the message I see when I try to visit https://krissydcosmetics.com is coming from your host, not your domain registrar.
