My website is showing up as blocked due to malicious content. I would like to fix this please. Error appeared on a PC using Firefox. I can provide a screenshot if asked.

In case it comes up: I’m purely hosted on WordPress, and pay to have my URL redirect here. All the tips I can find online refer to people who do their own hosting.

Hi there,
I don’t see an alert when checking your site, and a check through Sucuri also shows it clean and not blacklisted:

Sometimes false positives cause filters to raise a flag that doesn’t really belong and you should only really be concerned if you get multiple reports.
If you set your site up with the various webmaster tools out there you can get reports if malware shows up on your site (or at least if search engines think there is):

The same person who caught this error is still seeing it — should I take that as an issue?

Can you please upload the screenshot via Media -> Add New in your Dashboard so we can take a look?

Ah, that error is coming from her Trend Micro anti-virus software.
She’ll need to either update the virus definitions, update the software, or report the false-positive to Trend Micro.
