Site shows blank page

Hi, the site

shows blank page. It’s hosted on wordpress.com. Admin panel is mostly working. When I try to see the list of pages (11 items) it says that there are no pages. When I try to access installed plugins – it shows blank page. What can be the problem?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello! I tried accessing https://greatergoodconsultantsct.com/ and it’s loading fine for me. Are you still having trouble accessing it? If so, could you try again after clearing your cache like so, please?

Hi – similar issue here.
I just tonight redirected conservationvalue.wordpress.com to ConservationValue.com, which I recently transferred to WordPress from Misk.com and was able to activate on wordpress tonight, selecting ConservationValue.com as my main url on the wordpress CMS (instead of conservationvalue.wordpress.com)
Now I am getting a white screen. Hoping it is just a propagation time issue that resolves by the morning, but any advice if I am still getting a white screen in the AM..? I can see the site fine on the admin page, so the content is still there.

PS – I don’t think it’s a cache issue because I’m getting the same error on different web browsers and devices, using wifi or non-wifi connectivity

Your issue is different I’m afraid as it appears your domain is currently pointed to an external host, and the site there isn’t loading. These forums are for site hosted on WordPress.com, and if you’re planning on keeping your domain pointed to this external host, you’ll want to reach out to their support team for help.

Nope! I just moved the hosting to WordPress.com and it is not working!
1. I transferred the domain from Misk to wordpress and activated it,2. I selected to use the domain instead of conservation.wordpress.com as the domain to use for my site,
3. For nameservers, I turned on “use wordpress.com”. However, on the domains page in the WP CMS, it still says “Transfer successful! To make this domain work with your WordPress.com site, you still need to point it to wordpress.com nameservers”
I am confused! When I click the link to do so, and go to my nameservers, they say:
“Name servers
Your domain is using WordPress.com name servers”
Any idea how to fix this?

it’s working normal. It seems like like it was an auto-update issue which was fixed by developers of some installed plugin -

@conservationvalue Domain transfers can take 5-7 days, it’s normal if it wasn’t working yet, even with our name servers selected. I’ll close this thread for now and if you want to try again, let us know after the transfer has completed if it’s still not working.
