site shows error – cant be open – does not exist any more..?

    Please help, I type in our websites name and the following error shows up:
    FastCgiModule
    Notification ExecuteRequestHandler
    Handler PHP-FastCGI
    Error Code 0x80070585
    we are a small medical center and need the site urgently back again.
    please help how to have our site back again. it disappeared out of a sudden.
