Site speed

    Hi there,
    i have been struggling with site speed for some time now and i=have had a few emails from users about it too.
    is there anything i can do to improve the speed? any plug ins you recommend? a competitor of mine lost a lot of clients due to the same reasoning (they are also a WP user) and i do not wish to go down the same path
    if there is nothing i can do here, is it simple enough to move the site away from WP?

    Also, could you confirm what site you need help with? The one I see here is not hosted on our servers currently, and shows a Coming Soon page.
