  • First, consider whether you’ve made any recent changes to your website. Core Web Vitals metrics are based on data from the past 28 days. If there haven’t been recent changes, the issue might lie in your existing content, particularly if it’s taking too long to load.

Core Web Vitals information is provided through metrics like Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) and First Contentful Paint (FCP). You can find these metrics in tools like PageSpeed Insights. They also offer guidance on how to address any issues.

Before making changes, ensure you have a backup of your website. Then, consider adjusting your JavaScript (JS) load configuration:

    • Minify: Turn on minification to reduce the size of your JS files.
    • Load JS Deferred: Set JS loading to “Deferred” to improve page load performance.

You should also check your Google AdSense setup for any unused or outdated header tags. Sometimes these can impact performance.

Keep in mind that Core Vitals might not change immediately due to the 28-day reporting window. Start with these settings adjustments and monitor your performance report. Aim for at least 75% improvement.

We can’t be much of a help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but seems to be self-hosted. You must head over to Cloudflare support as they host your site or hide your real hosting.
