My blog seems to have taken on a life of its own today…one post has had over 2000 views and I don’t believe that it is accurate. I am not sure why it is seeming to count inaccurately…can you verify?

The referrer stats say that over 2000 have come from search engines. Search engine terms have over 2000 on “raising children quotes” -

Hey there,
It does look like one of your posts was extremely popular yesterday, due to search engine referrals.
From your statistics, it seems an image on your post was highly ranked on Yahoo! Image Search for the term “raising children quotes”, hence the influx in traffic. It appears that Yahoo! has re-ranked its search results and you no longer appear as highly, hence the traffic disparity between yesterday and today.
We don’t have access to any additional statistics other than what you see associated with your blog, so I’m afraid I can’t provide any further information.
Keep up the good work, and perhaps Yahoo! or another search engine will permanently list you highly.
