Site Stats
-
Hello –
Up until two days ago, my site stats was working fine. Now all of a sudden, I cannot access my site stats. Instead, I get a message stating:
“You are not a member of this site.
If you have just installed the WordPress.com Stats plugin, this error probably appeared because the API key entered in the plugin belongs to a different WordPress.com user account.
The owner of the API key must visit this site’s stats page to grant access.
You are logged into WordPress.com as —-. To switch accounts, log out.
Does anyone know what this means?
I’ve already cleared cookies, My cache, etc, and yet nothing has changed.
Thanks!

Are you aware of JetPack? I believe it replaced what was formerly available. See here > http://jetpack.me

Thanks, timethief –
Is it possible that my API key may have been stolen, or “hijacked”?
I can’t even log in to stats to change the user or API key. Further, under my dashboard, a bunch of “my stuff” just appeared that, really, I never signed up for before.
