Site stats

Is there a way to track which browsers my site visitors are using (and also track mobile visitors)?
Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You will have to use a free third part tracker like sitemeter or statcounter that provides a NON-JavaScript version of the code which you copy and paste into a text widget.

According to StatCounter, an independent website analytics company, the use of mobile devices to access the internet has increased by 67% worldwide over the last 12 months. Since WordPress.com removed Quantcast in January we have not had ready access to our mobile viewers stats and that sucks so I`m tagging this thread for a Staff response.

Hi there,
Please note we regularly review 3rd party tracking on WordPress.com and we concluded that it was no longer a fit.
We’ve had our own uniques (visitors) in stats and we are currently looking into desktop vs. mobile vs. mobile app uniques as I do agree they are quite informative. We’ll keep you updated!
Cheers!
