  My site stats one my dashboard are not loading

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Stats on your site are working fine for me.

  Are they not loading in the My Sites dashboard on WordPress.com, or in your site’s admin dashboard? Either way, please check if clearing your browser cache makes any difference.

  I tried clearing out the browser cache. Nothing changed. The stats are still not showing up

  I only use google chrome. I don’t use internet explorer. Doesn’t work properly on my computer

  Can you make sure you’re not having any ad-blocking or other security extension installed in Chrome? Those kinds of extensions can be the cause of those issues.

  I removed it and nothing changed. Site stats still arent showing up

  Can you please try a different browser like Firefox to make sure there’s nothing wrong with your installation of Chrome?

  I downloaded firefox and went on my WordPress dashboard and the problem is still there. The stats won’t load. Maybe there is something wrong with the site.

  Thanks for trying a different browser. There aren’t any other reports coming in like this one so I do think there’s something in the local setup that is running interference.

  Please try to reboot your entire internet connection. Also, if you can attach a screen shot of what you’re seeing that’d be helpful too.

  Sorry, one more thing. Is it just the stats page that isn’t working? Are you able to migrate through the rest of the dashboard alright?

  It is only that stats page that is not working properly but everything else is working just fine. I am able to migrate with no problem at all.

  I have also rebooted my connection several times for other reasons but it never resolved the stats page issue

  Are you going through your WordPress.com account and to My Sites > Stats, or are you trying to reach them from within the dashboard of your site?

  If the first, can you try reaching your stats from the link above, which should take you into your dashboard to Jetpack > Site Stats.

  Let us know what happens there and it could help us narrow down where the issue is coming from.
