Site stats bug report

I’m posting this here in the hope that some developer may stumble upon it, because, for some reason, WordPress doesn’t have a “bug reporting system” that I can find, and I have looked!
Site stats appear to be malfunctioning. The stats for my pages show 1 visitor and 1 view on 3/10/13 and nothing since. However, in the last four days, I have had 4 likes and 4 new followers. I cannot see that people can “like” blogs without looking at them so either the stats system must be faulty or the stats are meaningless.
If some developer should stumble upon this, would he be so kind as to investigate and arrange correction.

Then my second point stands; the stats are meaningless and a complete waste of everybody’s time, especially mine!

I find the stats work fine for me – visits from over 150 county’s so far this year
However you have a new blog with not much content on it, no real reason for people to visit very often after they have been their once – write content people want to read and they will pass it around or come back
