Site Stats Co-mingled

I set up blog subscription jetpack widget on yesyoucanmarketing.com website. Tested it and the email received by the subscriber for confirmation says Please confirm your subscription to 14 Buttonwood Lane, Rumson, NJ. This is the site name of a different website 14buttonwoodlane.com that I have. The site stats for both Yes You Can Marketing and 14 Buttonwood Lane Rumson NJ seem to be co-mingled. (see screenshot links below.) Good chance I did something wrong a year ago when I was setting both up but I need to fix the yesyoucanmarketing Blog Name asap via jetpack. It is correct in the dashboard of the website. (see screenshots) Can you provide instruction for me on how to do this?
If the fix requires disconnecting 14buttonwoodlane.com from jetpack, I am fine with that. That site is not important to me and will probably be taken down soon.
I sure hope you can help me. I submitted this through jetpack support a few days ago and did not get a response. Thank you very much.
