site stats crashing on wordpress.com/stats

  enabled jetpack site stats and tried to view the enhanced site stats at wordpress.com/stats but it keeps crashing

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Same here, has been consistently crashing for a couple days. My site is sodafry.com

  That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and we cannot help you here with any Jetpack issues.

  We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. We do not provide support for
  (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
  (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.
  (3) Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   Mine is lifeslittlediary.wordpress.com and the stats page keeps crashing.

  Mine is ctrlaltdesign.wordpress.com and it crashes as well. But I can see the stats on the mobile app and the mac app.

  I cleared my cache and reset my cookies and it solved the problem. Not ideal, but it helped.
