Site Stats only showing last four months

  Hi,

  I’m trying to see site views for the entire history of our website, however Site Stats is only showing March 2017 onwards…?

  Is there any way of gaining access to these statistics since our website was first published?

  Hello,

  Are you logged in as the owner of the site that you are looking to have the stats for? It looks like the current account charlessolanki you are logged in on has only been active since March 23, 2017. This would explain why you are seeing stats only since then.

  Hi Charles,

  It looks like the stats module in Jetpack was only activated on that site in March, which means Jetpack has only been collecting stats for the site from that point onwards. It wasn’t collecting stats while it was switched off, though, so we don’t have that data to display on your site.
