site stats still not working

  still having problems with my site stats not loading. I’ve cleared my cache, disabled add-ons & they’re still not opening. The line graph opens, but the individul stats (country & search term stats) are not loading. I’m using internet explorer & have not changed any of my settings until I started changing them to figure out how to make them load. Been going on for almost 2 weeks with no contact from wordpress on how to fix it. Thanks!
