site stopped working last year after working for 18 months .

never figured out why but ultimately gave up and since then my host gator billing expired and host lost. domain still remained registered and although host gator lost the cpanel details they have set me back up again as of las night. I need to get my wordpress site back up and running asap. I can’t access http://solihullacupunctureandmassage.com/wp-admin and that page gives me a 404 error which is different to if i access http://www.solihullacupuncturemassage.com
any way i can get my old site design back, it still exists as a ‘my site’ when i log into wordpress.
apologies if i am missing something obvious/ asking stupid questions
in summary, need some help please.

From your description it seems the site was a self-hosted WordPress site hosted on HostGator.

From your description, it seems that the domain name is still active, however the hosting plan to which it was pointing (the server space holding your website accessible through CPanel) has expired.

thanks for getting back to me, cpanel is now active as is the hosting plan. just need to know if there is a way of resurrecting my old site i had designed using wordpress or if i need to start over?

You can do that only if you have a backup of the Site files and the database of the old site.
