Site Stuck Indexing, Jetpack Related Posts Not Showing

  I’ve turned on Related Posts for my site [redacted by mod] but none are showing up. I figured that maybe it was taking a while, so I checked the ‘Settings’ page and discovered the Jetpack Sync progress bar. It was around 65% when I first checked it, but once it got to 100% it seems to be stuck there and still reads ‘Full sync in progress.’ What can I do?

  Hey there, you’ll want to post about this in the Jetpack support forum or search the jetpack support site. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.

  @justjennifer Can you please delete this post? I didn’t realize it would be made public on this forum and it contains client information. I will pursue the avenues you suggested.
