Site suddenly buggy
-
http://marketpowerPLUS.com. In one browser (Slimjet) it won’t stop ‘loading things’ like LinkedIn. In others it loads but with extra jumps & bumps hitting the favicon (browser tab). Added some widgets last week so wondered if that was it. Took most of them away to uncomplicate, and it’s doing the same thing. May switch my news site to a different platform (e.g., Google Blogger) if I have to in order to fix this. Insights welcomed to (email visible only to moderators and staff).

marketpowerplus.com is a wordpress.ORG software install hosted by GoDaddy.com
Name Servers:
ns08.domaincontrol.com
ns07.domaincontrol.comWordPress.COM sites and WordPress.ORG sites have different logins and support forums. You are posting to the wrong support forum for support for your software. Also be aware of who the web host is for your site(s) and contact them for any hosting issues.
That site is not hosted on wordpress.COM servers. This is wordpress.COM support. We do not provide support for local installs of wordpress.ORG software, or for wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page. Read the differences here https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
The wordpress.ORG support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support. The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
re: Jetpack support
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack
However, if you can’t find help at either one then you can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service -
Hi. I would assume that when I am logged into my WordPress account and seeking support, that WordPress would send me to the proper place. Wouldn’t you? The reason I posted here is that while logged into my account, this was where WordPress sent me for support. I obtained my domain via GoDaddy, and I was able to point it at WordPress, but my site is hosted by WordPress, not some external hoster. I am aware of who hosts my site and that’s why I’m here. I will look through the Jetpack links and file a Jetpack support ticket. In the meantime, since you took the time to send me a comprehensive response, could I get you to simply look at http://marketpowerPLUS.com and see what you see when you get there? As I said at the outset, it’s no loading normally as it used to, and with your level of expertise, maybe you’ll see right away what the issues are. If that’s too much to ask, my apologies and I’ll check out Jetpack support.

Here’s note I just received directly from WordPress.COM support:
“I’m sorry one of the forum volunteers replied to you rudely, and incorrectly. You are quite right that marketpowerPLUS.com is currently pointing at your WordPress.com site.”
All’s well that ends well.

If anyone is referring to my comment above as being rude then they are off wrong.
Nothing I said was rude. I was simply mistaken.
