Site suddenly disappeared

In the process of moving jpeg images from one folder in my sites media library to another the screen suddenly displayed a compressed version of the folder tree. when I tried to expand this, an installation screen (install.php) appeared with language options. The entire site seems to have disappeared. Not sure how to understand this and how to restore the site

However, if the site in question is built using the open-source WordPress.org software and hosted by a different host such as Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc. You’ll need to post this query in a separate forum that can be found here:
