  c’est definitive. Deleted WordPress.com addresses can’t be recovered although there is the chance of re-using the address after two years have elapsed. https://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  There is a WordPress.com support forum in French http://fr.forums.wordpress.com but they will tell you the same.
