Site Suspended & Account Closed

Yesterday, the site I was using was “suspended from WordPress.com for violating the Terms of Service.” Today, I tried to login in, but now says “This account has been closed. If you believe your account was closed in error, please contact us.” This is a new account so I could post here.
“Contact us” links to the account recovery form, https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery. After providing the relevant info, and clicking “Recover my Account” I get the following:
‘You should be able to recover your account simply by filling out the lost password form with the email address you’ve provided. Please check your spam folder for the reset email.
If you still can’t log in after another reset attempt and checking your spam folder, please resubmit the form below and we’ll try to lend a hand.’
From there, it just took me in loops between recovering the account and resetting the password. When I tried to recover the account it said I just needed to change the password. When I changed the password and tried to log in, it told me the account had been closed and directed me to the account recovery page. I did it three times.
After reading though the Terms of Service and User Guidelines, I have zero idea how we violated the ToS. And contacting someone at WordPress seems to be a wild goose chase, no contact info is easily found and their support page to contact them just goes to this public forum…..
