Site suspended, and can’t export content

I received a notice that my site was suspended. I only launched it yesterday, and am not sure why the suspension is happening. I haven’t connected it to a hosting site yet, as I was just testing the launch. Maybe that is the problem?
Regardless, I want to export my site data ASAP just in case I lose it all. But when I try to export, I receive the following error: ‘There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support.’
I know it is not a connection issue. I submitted an error request for the suspension, but does anyone know how I can export my content in the meantime?
