Site suspended, can’t export data

    Hello, my site was wrongly suspended, and as I wait for help, I wanted to export my data so that I won’t lose it, but I’m having trouble.

    Suspense sites are not discussed on this forum. The only way to restore your site is, as clearly stated on your site, using the Support document.

    I understand the process for restoring your site, I’m not asking about that. I’m asking about how to recover data while my site is in the process of being restored. I’m not trying to make the site live again, I’m trying to export my data in a way that I can read it.

    For anyone else who might have found themselves in a similar situation: if your site were suspended and you were having trouble exporting, you’d still want to work with the TOS team. Cheers!
