site suspended, no answer

Hi, one of my sites was suspended with no explanation. I can’t get any help because “matters regarding suspended blogs are only discussed with the Terms of Service Team and not the public forums. Please fill out our contact form if you wish to continue to discuss the email conversation or your site with our ToS team.”
But unfortunately, it took so long to get help that I forgot the URL of my old suspended blog, which is needed in the contact form. I entered my other blog’s URL but I’m guessing that’s not working and that is why I don’t get any response. What should I do next?
