  I have any problem about my account: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  it’s command: site suspend

  May I have information why may account was suspend.
  and, how I can restore / fix it.

  You need to go here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/ and fill out the form to contact support about your suspended blog. Staff won’t discuss this on the forums, so you must fill out the form and await a reply.
