Site Suspended without Notice

Hello.
First, thanks to whoever reads this for taking the time to volunteer your expertise.
I built this site (https://triciacozier.wordpress.com/) as a part of my course requirements. Nothing fancy, just all my assignments, original content etc. The site was up in December. Suddenly in January its suspended. I submitted a request for more info and downloaded the xml and media files. Now a day later it no longer shows in my sites panel. Of course the other “test sites” with no real content I created are still there but the most valuable one is gone. I submitted a “suspended site” report but didn’t even get an auto reply acknowledgement by email.
What are the chances of me getting this site restored? Trying to see if its worth the effort to keep trying support or if I should just cut my losses and move on.

Suspended sites are never discussed on this public forum. As very clearly stated on your site, you must follow the link to the mentioned support document to contact the TOS-team

Thanks for your response. As mentioned, I did submit the form yesterday but got no acknowledgement. Then the site was deleted but I guess someone did receive it because the site is now back.
