Site suspension

  I am going to create a site using a wp template.When I uploaded the template to this site.The process takes some time then I moved to another site. When I came to this site, it was saying new site suspended. The new site no longer available. What to do, please suggest any solution?

  Also, were you trying to install a theme onto this site?
