Site Theme won't change or save

  I can’t get the site theme to change, I can’t add new photos and when I do it doesn’t give me the option to save my changes.
  I’ve tried logging in on both IE11 and Chrome but it’s no good on either. Has anyone else had the same issue or am I missing something?!

  Do you mean that you’ve been attempting to switch to a different theme? If so, have you followed the instructions in the Themes support page for activating a theme?

  I can’t add new photos and when I do it doesn’t give me the option to save my changes.

  Where have you been attempting to add photos to?

  The site https://thelicensingspecialist.wordpress.com/ presently has the Canape theme applied, though it may still retain featured images from a previously activated theme. If so, then these may be removed as described in the Removing a Featured Image section of the Featured Images support page. Or the featured images may be replaced by setting new featured images on the relevant post(s)/pages.

  I can’t get the site theme to change

  I see that the theme was changed a few times within the past 24 hours.

  If you visit https://wordpress.com/design and click on a theme, you’ll find an option to activate the theme.

  Here’s an example:

  https://wordpress.com/theme/twentyseventeen/

  Here’s a screenshot to show where you’ll click to activate:

  If that isn’t working, I can switch the site to a particular theme for you.

  Also, you may want to try these browser troubleshooting tips to see if they will allow you to change the theme on your own. They may also help you see the option to save your changes.

  If not, could you make a few screenshots showing the screen where you are trying to save changes, but not being presented with the option to save?
