  Hi there,

  To make that change, you will head over to your General Settings.
  https://wordpress.com/settings/general then select the site you’re wanting to make changes to. Under the General tab, you’ll see where you can edit your Site Title. Be sure to save any changes made.

  Once logged in, you can also get there by clicking on My Sites>Customize>Site Identity/Site Title.
